Greg is the President and Co-founder of BreakPoint Solutions; he is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. He has a background in healthcare with over 25 years of senior leadership experience across the prairie provinces. Greg possesses a Master of Health Services Administration degree, multiple coaching certifications and is a MBTI® Certified Practitioner. Greg gives voice to his passion through his work as an executive coach and as a consultant working in areas such as strategic planning, governance, leadership development, succession planning, program/service reviews, and change management. Greg also delivers keynote addresses, facilitates workshops, administers leadership and team assessments, and authors articles for BreakPoint Solutions’s blog.

Carol Manson McLeod
BComm, MScN, PCC, CEC

Carol is a Partner at BreakPoint Solutions; she is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation through the International Coaching Federation. Carol’s background is varied and diverse. With over 35 years of leadership experience working in three countries – Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom – Carol has had clients in healthcare, the not-for-profit sector, and entrepreneurs. A registered nurse by profession, Carol also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She combines her formal education and on-the-job training to work with clients on leadership development, change management, accountability systems, employee engagement, patient experience, and re-development planning.

Neil Neary
BA, DC, MPH-HP

Neil is a partner at BreakPoint Solutions; he holds a Masters in Public Health in Health Promotion and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He also holds certification in Group Facilitation Methods, Foundation of Trust Management Standards, Green Belt Process Improvement, and is a Certified Change Manager through Prosci Change Management. Starting his career as a chiropractor, Neil realized it was satisfying to help patients, but he wanted to help people in a different way. Now, Neil works with others to find elegant, effective solutions for challenging problems. Over the past 16 years, he has had roles and clients in all sectors, leading employees and clients through stakeholder engagement, change management, strategic planning, governance, group facilitation, quality improvement, and evaluation.

Laurel Towler
MBA, BComm, CPHR

Laurel is a Partner at BreakPoint Solutions; she holds a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelors of Commerce, and her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. She also has formal education in psychology and is certified to perform several employee assessments, including Myers Briggs and Lumina Spark. Laurel works with her clients on HR strategy and program development, talent management, change management, succession planning, organizational design and restructuring, employee assessments, teams and team dynamics, workshop development, and facilitation. Laurel brings decades of experience in strategic HR and executive leadership, giving her a specialized lens for understanding people matters in a business context. 

Kevin Tomkins
MA (Leadership), CEC, ACC

Kevin is a Partner at BreakPoint Solutions; he is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coaching Federation. Kevin’s passion for coaching and leadership development was cultivated during his 26 years in the competitive financial services industry. He has earned a Diploma of Associate in Business Administration, Lean Green Belt Certification, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, and certification in the emotional intelligence assessments of EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360. His professional experience includes responsibilities in human resources, sales, leadership, strategy, project management, process improvement, coaching, team development, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration, advising senior executives, business owners, and individual contributors.
