We’ve all heard the phrase “culture eats strategy for breakfast” and yet too often leaders pay only lip service to their organizational culture as they move forward on the next big strategic initiative.  As a result desired outcomes are not achieved or we fail to realize the full promised potential of such efforts.  Every organization has its distinct culture.  In fact, for organizations of any size, there can be a multitude of sub-cultures.  Failing to understand an organization’s culture can doom leadership endeavors and strategies to inevitable and sometimes spectacular failure.  These failures can be personal and/or organizational in scope. 

This workshop/seminar can be tailored in a number of different ways and formats from keynote address to ½ day and 1 day interactive workshops.
