Greg is the founder and co-director of BreakPoint Solutions and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.  He’s had the privilege of coaching established and aspiring leaders in many sectors including manufacturing, natural resources, engineering, banking, healthcare, education, advanced education, not-for-profit, social services, healthcare, and government (provincial and municipal).  Greg also develops and delivers customized leadership development programs, executive retreats, seminars and keynote addresses for a variety of organizations.  His leadership blog, “It’s About Leadership!” is widely read, shared and quoted and many of his posts gain inspiration from his clients and his 25-year leadership history. 

Greg believes every engagement he undertakes – whether individual coaching, leadership development workshop, or strategic planning initiative – is all about change.

Greg’s personal passions include training for and competing in various endurance events, astronomy, numismatics, history, and foreign affairs.  He is a volunteer soccer coach, board member with the Telus World of Science Edmonton and with the Edmonton Charter Chapter of ICF, and he continues to be an active mentor in his professional associations.
