Dale is a consummate professional. He has a casual style and good sense of humor. He is committed to supporting his clients carve out dedicated and facilitated time to discover their purpose, define a vision, and design the action needed to move forward. Dale has a reputation as a strong communicator, collaborator, and consensus builder. With over 25 years of leadership experience, from front-line to senior management positions, Dale easily empathizes and develops rapport and trust with individuals at any level of an organization. Dale’s clients have included experienced CEOs and leaders, new leaders, and individuals who are developing leadership skills or transitioning to new leadership positions.
A pharmacist by training, Dale served as Deputy Registrar of the Alberta College of Pharmacists, Acting Registrar of the College of Regulated Dental Hygienists of Alberta, and Executive Director of the Alberta Federation of Regulated Health Professions. Experience as a health professional, a regulator, and a leader provides Dale with a wealth of experience in leadership, management, human resources, policy and program development, strategic planning, governance, stakeholder and government relations, and facilitation.
Dale received the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation through the International Coach Federation. This ensures clients that he has met training and practice criteria and that he follows the professional standards and ethics of this international coaching organization. He has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (Royal Roads University), a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Athabasca University), a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, and a Certificate in Healthcare Administration (University of Saskatchewan).

When he’s not working, Dale and his wife enjoy travel together as a couple and with friends and family. A trip to Italy to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary in 2015 is a favorite memory. Dale also enjoys good food and wine. He is always looking for new restaurants in Edmonton and sometimes even tries cooking at home.
